The White Rock Christian Academy English as a Second Language Program gives students the opportunity to do many things.
In one year they can make lots of new friends, go ocean fishing off the coast of Vancouver Island, cheer on Ichiro and the Seattle mariners, eat real Canadian food, go shopping in Los Angeles, get to know a wonderful Canadian Family, see the Vancouver Canucks ice-hockey them, go skiing or snow-boarding at Whistler Mountain where the 2010 Winter Olympics will be held, teach origami tochildren, visit Mickey Mouse…and learn to speak English, or course!

Student spend time as a class learning to speak English as they study topics such as world and Canadian history and geography, current affairs and math, in addition to the traditional English subjects of grammar, vocabulary, and writing.

カナダで勉強したことで、自分にとってプラスになったこと
自分の夢が大きくなったり、家族や友人の大切さ、外国の人と話す時のマナーを知ることもできた。
もちろん、英語の単語を知ることもできたし、日常会話も何を言っているか分かるようになった。
